SHIPPING POLICY

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $50!

At SayParts, we are committed to providing high-quality Ford, GMC, and Jeep parts with reliable and transparent shipping. Please review our shipping terms below.

1. Free Shipping Qualification

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States that total $50 or more (before taxes and after any discounts are applied).

  • For orders under $50, shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page based on the weight and dimensions of the items.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling)

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we encounter a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

3. Delivery Estimates (Transit Time)

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery once the order has left our facility.

  • Expedited Shipping: Faster options (1-3 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, high seasonal volume, or extreme weather conditions.

4. VIN Verification for Fitment

To ensure you receive the correct part for your specific vehicle and to prevent unnecessary returns, our team may contact you via Tidio Chat or email to request your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

  • Providing your VIN helps us guarantee 100% fitment.

  • Failure to provide a requested VIN may result in a delay in processing your order.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship to addresses within the United States.

  • P.O. Boxes: Some oversized or heavy auto parts (such as bumpers, engines, or large suspension kits) cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for such items.

  • Oversized Items: Extremely heavy or bulky items may be excluded from the Free Shipping offer. If an item is ineligible, this will be noted on the product page or calculated at checkout.

7. Damages and Claims

SayParts is not responsible for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the inspection process.

8. International Shipping
