Product descriptions, specifications, availability, pricing, and other information may be changed without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – VEHICLE FITMENT AND COMPATIBILITY

Automotive parts may vary based on vehicle year, make, model, trim, engine, transmission, production date, VIN, option codes, and other vehicle-specific characteristics.

Customers are responsible for reviewing applicable product descriptions, part numbers, fitment information, and vehicle requirements before placing an order.

Where appropriate, SayParts may request additional vehicle information, including your Vehicle Identification Number (“VIN”), to assist with compatibility verification.

Providing a VIN or other vehicle information can help us verify compatibility but does not replace the customer's responsibility to review the applicable product and vehicle information.

If you are unsure whether a product is compatible with your vehicle, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns resulting from incorrectly ordered parts are subject to our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

SayParts reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other legitimate business reasons.

Payment must be successfully authorized and processed before an order can be fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.

If a shipment is lost, damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect product, please contact SayParts promptly so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, work with the applicable carrier toward a resolution.

SayParts names, logos, designs, and slogans belonging to SayParts may not be used without authorization.

References to vehicle manufacturers, brands, models, and part numbers may be used for identification, compatibility, and descriptive purposes where applicable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, such references do not imply sponsorship, authorization, affiliation, or endorsement by the respective vehicle manufacturer or trademark owner.

SayParts is powered by Shopify, which provides technology that enables us to operate our online store.

However, purchases made through the SayParts store are transactions between you and SayParts.

Shopify is not the seller of products purchased directly from SayParts and is not responsible for the products offered by SayParts, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or Shopify's own applicable terms.
